Stress is a reaction of the brain to a situation that causes imbalance in life. Stress can be felt both physically and mentally. Stress is a subjective reaction, the triggers being different from one person to another.

When we are faced with a stressful situation, the information is sent to the amygdala, a part of the brain that is responsible for processing emotions. The amygdala interprets the response, and when it detects danger, it sends a signal to the hypothalamus. From here, the brain further sends a signal to the adrenal glands to release cortisol and adrenaline. Once the adrenaline is released, the specific manifestations of stress begin to appear, which appear immediately and can last for a few minutes or hours.

Acute stress is manifested by: palpitations, increased blood pressure, increased breathing, sudden changes in mood, etc.

Chronic stress manifests itself on an emotional or physical level: frequent memory loss, increased irritability, inability to relax, insomnia, low energy, etc.

Adults: 1 capsule a day. Treatment for one month.
