Joints are the components of the musculoskeletal system that hold the skeleton bones together and support movement. The most common type of joints in the body are the synovial ones (knee, hip, shoulder or elbow joints), characterized by increased mobility. Synovial joints consist of articular cartilage (coating the bone surfaces),  joint capsule,  joint cavity (filled with synovial fluid), supporting ligaments and tendons.

Articular cartilage together with the synovial fluid functions as a load-bearing, low-friction and wear-resistant surface to facilitate joint movement. For good joint function, both the articular cartilage and the synovial fluid need to have an optimal composition.

Collagen and glucosamine are essential elements in the structure of articular cartilage, ensuring its endurance. Synovial fluid contains high levels of hyaluronic acid that help maintain its high fluid viscosity.

Also, ligaments and tendons, mainly made up of collagen, are important elements for joint mobility and stability.

Adults: 1 sachet a day, solved in a glass of water. 

Treatment for one month.
