Sciatica
Sciatica is a symptom that consists of pain along the lower limbs, which can feel like a cramp or a sharp pain, making it impossible for one to stand or sit.
In most cases, sciatica begins with a herniated disc in the lumbar (lower) spine. The vertebrae are separated and attenuated by flat and flexible discs of connective tissue. When a disc is worn out - due to injury or age - its center may begin to move out of the hard outer ring.
When a disc herniates, it puts pressure on the nerves around it. This has extremely painful consequences, especially if the sciatic nerve is affected. The sciatic nerve is the longest nerve in the human body, which ensures the connection of the spine to the lower limbs, hence the pain in the legs.
Physical therapy provides physical exercises for this condition and can also help one to improve posture, to take the pressure off the sciatic nerve.
A ProHumano+ SpineDinamic capsule contains 5.20 mg of vitamin B12 and 1.27 mg of vitamin B1, ingredients that have the role in restoring the mobility of the spine and controlling the numbness specific to neuropathic pain.
One of the most common pain condition in urban Romanian population aged 20-55 years old experience is the back pain (62%).
