Liposoluble
The term liposoluble refers to the property of dissolving in fats or oils. In what liposoluble vitamins concerns, these vitamins behave similarly to oil and do not dissolve in water, but in fats.
Liposoluble vitamins are found plentifully in high-fat foods and are absorbed much more easily by the body if consumed during a meal.
Among liposoluble vitamins, ProHumano+ products contain vitamins D and E. Vitamin D supports the health of bones and muscles, while vitamin E has many benefits in the liver.
