Silymarin
Silymarin is a natural bioflavonoid found in milk thistle seeds. It is known for its hepatoprotective effect and regeneration action, helps improve the digestion, stimulates the activity of the gallbladder, prevents the penetration of toxic substances in the liver and helps eliminate these substances.
The dishes containing silymarin are indicated in various disorders of the liver (hepatitis, cirrhosis, liver failure), constipation, difficult digestion, low blood pressure, hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol).
Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease is the most common chronic liver disease in children living in developed countries.
