Herniated disc
A herniated disc refers to the injury of one of the discs located between the vertebrae of the spine. When the discs are damaged by accidents or aging, they will come out or break. The process is called a herniated disc.
A herniated disc occurs when the cartilage around the disc moves to the spinal cord or in the direction of the nerve roots. This leads to compression of the nerve root. Damage to the disc usually occurs as a result of a sudden movement.
The herniated disc can often have a neuropathic component. ProHumano+ SpineDinamic fights neuropathic pain, due to the content of vitamins B and vitamin D. One ProHumano+ SpineDinamic capsule contains 7.20 mg of vitamin D3, 5.20 mg of vitamin B12 and 1.27 mg of vitamin B1.
