Joint injuries
There are four main types of joint injuries: stretches, which occur when muscles or tendons are overstressed, sprains, which are injuries of the ligaments that hold bones together, fractures, and dislocations, which involve the movement of a bone from its normal position into a joint.
The symptoms vary depending on the type of joint injury, and they may manifest by pain, swelling, muscle spasms, bruising, and difficulty in moving the affected joint.
