Joint capsule
All the joints in our body are surrounded by a joint capsule. The joint capsule is a fibrous connective tissue, which lacks elasticity, with vital importance for the functioning of the joints. It has the role of ensuring the stability thereof while allowing their correct movement and keeping the joint ends together.
Each joint capsule has two parts: an outer fibrous layer or membrane and an inner synovial membrane or layer.
In a healthy state, the joint capsule should be tight enough to prevent the slipping or abnormal movements of the bones (sprain).
An articular capsule is made of two or several layers of collagenous connective tissue. One sachet of ProHumano+ ArtroDinamic contains 500 mg of hydrolyzed collagen, which supports cartilage metabolism.
Joint pain is the most common pain among Romanian people. 8 out of 10 people suffer from knee joints pain, wrist pain, ankle or shoulder pain.

Osteoarthritis is the most common chronic joint condition. It is a degenerative condition that manifests mainly in the elderly, but it can also appear as a result of a joint injury or infection.
Osteoarthritis (also called arthritis) can affect any joint. However, the most commonly affected areas of the body are the joints that support more weight, such as the joints of the knee, hip, and spine, but also the hands (finger joints).
