Free radicals
Free radicals are residual substances produced by cells as the body processes food and reacts to the environment. They are involved in various metabolic processes.
Free radicals can be generated by factors of lifestyle, such as stress, poor diet, pollution, smoking, alcohol, but also by the body as by-products of chemical processes.
If the body cannot process and eliminate free radicals effectively, oxidative stress may result.
Vitamin C is the primary antioxidant in the body and has the role of neutralizing free radicals. One sachet of ProHumano+ ArtroDinamic contains 80 mg of vitamin C, which is 100% of the recommended daily dose.
